Your badge

One badge for every session

The QR code on your badge contains no personal details. Only Ministry staff with an authorised scanner can look up your record from it. The same code is used at the venue entrance, at each session you are registered for, and on your letter of registration.

Each session has its own page in the programme, and a QR code on the poster outside the room.

Register
Complete the registration form once. If you have registered before, your existing record is used.

Collect your badge
When your accreditation is approved, your badge is printed with your QR code.

Scan at the door
Staff scan your badge to confirm your access to the room and record your attendance.

During the conference
Your schedule, room changes, the venue map and your certificate are in the participant portal.
